We are thrilled to announce that SEGRA 2016 will be held at Albany, WA from 26 -28 October.

Albany sits on the south coast of WA, widely regarded as one of the most incredibly beautiful and diverse coastlines in the world. The region offers a variety of nature-based attractions such as rugged coastlines, national parks and beaches which are routinely named among the best in Australia.

The venue for SEGRA 2016 will be the Albany Entertainment Centre.

Albany Entertainment Centre is one of Australia’s premier regional performing arts and conference venues. The facility, uniquely located at the edge of Albany’s magnificent Princess Royal Harbour, has since opening its doors in December 2010 attracted touring productions with international and national acclaim to the shores of south-west WA.

Albany is:

• surrounded by five National Parks, all within an easy drive
• located 4.5 hours drive south from Perth or 416 kilometres
• is the traditional home of the Minang Noongar Aboriginal people
• where the first convoy of Australian and New Zealand Troops departed for the First World War
